City of Macon Curbside Recycling Program – Weekly Collection

The city of Macon collects the following material curbside:

• Newspaper
• Magazines
• Slick coated catalogs and brochures
• Home office mix – office paper, junk mail, envelopes, white paper etc. No brown paper, cardboard or cereal boxes.

Bibb County Curbside Recycling Program – Bi-Weekly Collection

Bibb County collects the following material curbside via their contracted waste hauler:

• Newspaper
• Magazines
• Slick coated catalogs and brochures
• Home office mix – office paper, junk mail, envelopes, white paper etc. No brown paper, cardboard or cereal boxes.
• Aluminum cans
• Steel / tin plated cans
• Plastic containers 1-7 (no #3 or plastic bags)
• Glass containers

Houston County Curbside Recycling Program - Bi-Weekly Collection

Houston County collects the following material curbside via their contracted waste hauler:
